When was the last time you changed your toothbrush?

No lies, changing the toothbrush is one of the tasks most of us forget to do and it is no secret that the brush should be changed no later than every 3 months. Personally, it is not only for the hygienic purpose, but I truly dislike the feeling of a brush that’s wearing down.

Bamboo toothbrush

As a replacement for the traditional, plastic brushes, bamboo ones have been around for a while. The price varies from brand to brand, but if you are somebody who forgets to change your brush, there is a new start-up in Denmark that will do the job for you – WeBrush.dk

The service

WeBrush is a subscription service that delivers new brushes straight to your mailbox in the time interval that’s suitable for you – every month, every other month or every third month. You can pick the amount of brushes you want and each will be market with number of dots to tell yours apart if there are more members in your household.

The packaging

Each brush comes individually wrapped and although the plastic bag is not the best sustainable option (the company is currently working on a sustainable bag for each brush), the paper used for shipment and packaging stays up to the sustainable promise.

The brush

The bristles are made of nylon and are a mixture of soft/medium, which is recommended by specialists. The handle is comfortable to hold and has a cut at the bottom so it doesn’t stand in water collected at the bottom of your toothbrush holder.

A price for one brush is 29 kr. with free delivery via PostNord. There is no binding for the subscription so you can cancel anytime.

Let us know, how often you change your toothbrush and what you think of this subscription?
