H&M HOME
This is probably the place to find items that are affordable, up to trends and functional. Regular sales is what makes H&M Home very appealing and most of the times you can find great deals to make your home extra cosy.
ZARA HOME
When I heard that ZARA has a home chain, my mood lifted immediately. ZARA is well known to follow the trends as soon as they appear so it was no surprise that their home section is just as wonderful. Anything from candles to robes at pretty decent prices.
I would suggest keeping your eye on the sales – tons of amazing designs for half the price.
ELLOS.DK
Ellos might just be my personal favourite to find everything I might ever need to upgrade my home. They sell everything from kitchenware to bathroom items and for great prices! If you ever feel like painting one of the walls in a different colour than white (which most apartments in DK will be painted in) they sell small buckets of fun colours.
NOTREDAME.DK
If you are looking for design items that look like there is a story behind them, this store might be for you. They stock beautiful furniture, lighting and smaller items to brighten up your place. If retro cans to store your cereal is something you’re after, head to this place because they have many different varieties of those. You can see the items up-close in their store in Copenhagen on Nørregade 7.
HAY MINIMARKET
This is a fabulous store for unique designs and you can definitely find something for your taste here. Most of the items they stock look like straight out of design museum. Even such simple things as paper clips or playing cards have a little twist to highlight the HAY way of lifestyle.
BOLIA.COM
Bolia sells items that have a very straight-forward Scandinavian design. Very beautiful and sophisticated. The price tags vary from item to item, but the best time to visit Bolia is definitely the sale season when you can grab yourself a real bargain on the items you love the most.
